	Schools, Universities, City, County & Federal Government agencies: Fax authorized Purchase Order, please include contact information.
	International orders: Please check with your local customs officials regarding whether customs duties and taxes will be required to be paid upon delivery of your purchase. You will be responsible for all duty payment and tax requirements. No International orders will ship before we receive payment in full. We must receive payment before your order is shipped. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for Electronic Fund Transfers. We recommend paying for your order with PayPal - a fast, easy way to pay! Arrival times may vary from country to country. Please allow additional time for delivery. Express Delivery available in most locations Worldwide.
	Deposit: Printed orders require full payment at time of order unless you have an Net Terms account already set up with us.
	Cancellations: Buyer agrees to pay for charges for orders cancelled that were all ready in progress. These costs will depend on the level of production that has taken place with your order.
	Prices: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Bank service charges will apply on International orders.
	Returned checks: are subject to a $30.00 returned check fee, plus any attorney or court fees. All returned checks are subject to prosecution. Please do not embarrass yourself by trying to pass a Bad Check - We take this matter very seriously and Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
	Taxes: All Tax-exempt organizations should provide Creative Media with a copy of their exemption certificate, resale certificate, or proof of exempt status for the state where purchased item(s) will be shipped. Kansas businesses must provide us with Exemption Certificate copy or you will be charged appropriate Sales Tax in your area.
	All Non-profits should provide proof of their 501(c)(3) status or other acceptable exemption certification. Federal agencies should provide a federal tax ID certificate. Non-exempt businesses and individuals will be charged the appropriate sales tax for Kansas (destination based) and Missouri Use Tax (destination based).
	We assist in investigation of Credit Card Fraud. Information on any transactions that are paid for by Credit Card, and are refused or reported stolen, may be forwarded to your local authorities or to Federal Authorities.
