SENDING ART? READ THIS! WHILE WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO OUTPUT A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT FROM YOUR SUBMITTED ARTWORK, AND, IN MOST CASES WE CAN DO GREAT WORK WITH EVEN INTERNET FILES. WE HOWEVER CANNOT INSURE THAT WHEN CONVERTING COLOR IMAGES THAT IT WILL LOOK A CRISP AND CLEAN AS WHEN USING BLACK AND WHITE IMAGE. YOU MAY REQUEST THAT WE E-MAIL YOU A PROOF, ALTHOUGH THAT DOES NOT GUARANTEE HOW YOUR PRODUCT WILL LOOK ONCE IT HAS GONE TO PRESS. ACTUAL PRINT SAMPLES ARE AVAILABLE AT A COST OF $25.00 PER DESIGN AND USUALLY TAKE 1 DAY TO PRODUCE FOR YOU. EMAILED PROOFS ARE ALWAYS INCLUDED FREE WITH YOUR ORDER. WE RECOMMEND YOU REQUEST A PROOF.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: For imprinting purposes of imprinting, you must agree NOT to use the following: Any material for any unlawful purpose or that is obscene, offensive, pornographic, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy, supportive of a unlawful action, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, violent or otherwise objectionable. Any material that depicts celebrities or celebrity likenesses, regional, national or international leaders or politicians, current or former world leaders, convicted criminals, newsworthy, notorious or infamous images and individuals, or any material that is Copyrighted or Trademarked for which you do not have explicit permission to use. Any material that you do not have a right to use under any contractual or fiduciary relationship or which infringes any Copyright, Trademark, Patent or other Intellectual Property Right or any Moral right of any party. Any material which is likely to cause harm to Creative Media Services computer systems or anyone else's computer systems, including but not limited to that which contains any virus, code, worm, data or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to any Creative Media Services or which may cause any defect, error, malfunction or corruption to the service. You agree that if Creative Media Services, in its sole discretion, determines that any material you submit may not meet these requirements, Creative Media Services may reject your order without explanation. In addition, in the event you violate these content restrictions and you intentionally publicize such violation, you acknowledge that Creative Media Services may suffer substantial damage to its reputation and goodwill and that you can be liable for causing such substantial damage. You also agree to hold harmless Creative Media Services, its employees and agents, in case you violate Copyright/Property rights/Trademarks of anyone for any purpose.

3.5" Floppy Disk (IBM) CD Rom/DVD (image files only) Iomega 100 MB ZIP Disk	We require that all fonts either be outlined or changed to all curves before sending them to Creative for production. If not practical, please indicate what fonts you require for your artwork, we have hundreds available and will try to match to your specification as best as possible. If you do not specify, it will be left to the discretion of Creative Media as to the style to be used. Embedded fonts are acceptable in most cases for output. Contact us if you have any questions. Minimum Type size is 8pt.

DO NOT INCLUDE BACKGROUND COLORS!	When sending us artwork or images, please include a hard copy of all images to be used on your project. This includes Black and White or Color. You may send your files directly to us via e-mail at the address listed at bottom of page. Please advise your sales person that you have sent your file. Please list the name of the file in a message to help us verify we have received all files to be used. When sending large files, it is recommended that you Stuff or ZIP your files if possible before sending them to us. Please type "ARTWORK" in the SUBJECT line of your e-mail.	We require most files to be provided in Spot color, however if you are submitting artwork in Process color, be advised that the final product will be converted to grayscale and printed in a single color. Please provide us with color separations for multi-color imprinting.

Have a logo but need it scanned? No problem, send it to us, we'll contact you with the results and will be able to answer any questions regarding your artwork. Our one time charge for this is $25.00.
